You Cry, You Laugh, You Embarrass Yourself!


We have all the things in life that we want to change.
Our relationships, our finances, our energy levels, our stress, our weight, our self esteem, our fears!
Today, I sat down and thought of changing everything I want to change in my life.
I was too stressed.
So I thought of a thought!
This is Life!
People will screw you over. You'll fight with your family. You'll witness things that will change you forever. You'll lose best friends you thought would always be there. You'll come to realize everyone has a past.
You'll cry, You'll laugh, You'll embarrass yourself.
But then, you'll find your moment!
As you all know , I analyze things too much :P
 I examined my life!
1. Distractions, that keeps me away from the special moments.
Now, paying attention to those little things, the conversation, the laughter(if you know my laughter),the togetherness!
Moments with my loved ones, though I love to fight with them :)
Feeling loved :)
2. Busy Bee.
I am not that busy that I can't afford  few minutes of sanity.
When I spend time with myself, I discover the most amazing things.
Here we go,
I wish I could have told these things to myself some years ago.
(a) Stop spending too much time on the stupid opinions of stupid jealous people.
I am learning not to freak out on little things.
(b) What's important is to be kind to people.
(c) One of those absolute truths of life is that people will one day forget what you said, what you did.
(d) It's sometimes okay not to be okay.
It's okay to have a broken heart or hurt feelings or to be anxious or nervous.
It's just a sad part of the story, It's not the end.
The story is about the fairy tale stuff, a wonderful one!
(e) Enjoy the Life.Life is short. Let's live it fully.
I am in the joy I find in lazy sundays.
(f) People come and go.Some are meant to stay, some are not.
(g) Being Independent.It's better to be alone than with negative people around. Let's not rely, because at the end you only have yourself to fall back on.

3. Negative thinking.
Lets focus on good, and be grateful. Counting my blessings, I don't have time for the negatives.
4.The needless drama around.
Walked away from the nonsense drama and happy!
5.Comparison.
You know, I am the best. You can't compare the best.
6.Thinking about who I was and what I had in the past.
I am not the same person anymore, Everyone grows, so did I. That's Life.
7. Worried about the mistakes made.
I am a human being, that's all i can say!
8. Peace.
Can't find peace by avoiding it. Let's deal with it. :)

There are far better things ahead than you can imagine. Grab a BEER! :D

P.S- At sometime, You have just got to jump. You have to quit being scared of "maybe's" and "What-if's" and just fucking jump! :D
